Rosy Lana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rosy Lana is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team shipping@rosylana.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Please check shipping rate at the checkout.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 business days. Please contact us at shipping@rosylana.com to claim the return and receive the return shipping label. Returns are free, please state the reason of your return to help us improve our operations. You must return the product in original packaging. You will receive a full refund once we receive the return. It takes 3-5 business days to process the refund to your original method of payment.
