To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at return@rosylana.com to claim the return and receive the return shipping label. Returns are free, please state the reason of your return to help us improve our operations.

You will receive a full refund once we receive the return. It takes 3-5 business days to process the refund to your original method of payment.

For International orders: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

I named this company after my mother—a beautiful, selfless woman who spent her life caring for everyone around her but never for herself. She was my greatest inspiration, my guiding light. But she left too soon, taken by skin cancer. And I can’t help but wonder—what if she had taken the time to care for herself the way she cared for others? What if she had known that her well-being mattered just as much as everyone else’s? Maybe I would have had more time with her.

As women, we give so much of ourselves—our love, our energy, our time—often leaving nothing for us. But I want to remind you: You matter. Your health, your happiness, your presence in this world—these are the greatest gifts you can give to the people who love you. Your children don’t just need your sacrifices; they need you. Whole, healthy, and here.

So this is my message to every woman: Love yourself enough to take care of yourself. Because the world needs you. Your people need you. And you deserve the same love and care you so freely give to others.
